  Do not use this Atlantis Forwarding for Spain! They required payment in advance, for packing, loading, transport, unloading into our Spanish home. The director packed valuables/furniture, used our ladder, forgot theirs. Two took 6 hrs to load. Insurance: the director said they often sorted it after the event! Paid £439 on leaving. Container left March 22. Atlantis lost control of the process. We contacted port of Valencia direct and told Atlantis. Delivery agreed 6 April, 11am. Driver arrived 8.30, cross my wife and I could not unload. Men arrived 12.30 -no a ladder, so used ours, damaged it. Our Spanish house is down two flights of stairs - shown photos to Atlantis. They sent only 2 men, aged 60 and 74! My wife and I had to unload as well Took us 8 hours till 9pm! Many days to unpack/dispose of our packaging. We had breakages - glassware and dining table badly marked. Atlantis has not bothered to contact us since, to check that we are safely in our Spanish home.
